People who roll Hispanics all in one are clueless.
Classing them generically as "Mexicans" is even worse.
My gut feel....that in Houston....maybe almost half of "Hispanics" are not Mexican heritage. Closer to the border ..... maybe.
At least SD specified Mexican and she's further correct noting that native look varies throughout the country.
There are various looks all throughout central and south america and the (geographically) larger countries have several different "native" looks. And the east coast "natives" look different than the west coast natives.
Edit: in most of the countries, there is a smarter native class/look that has slightly lighter skin. But I haven't figured out why jajaja
