My original post not meant to be read as "give it away for free ladies". I understand why providers charge more for it and I am not questioning that. I've willingly and un-questioningly paid for that up-charge many times, including during the one occasion that Jessica and I met BCD.

In reality a provider should charge what they want but in all reality there shouldn't be an extra fee for what is on the menu!
You have your half hour charge and you have your full hr and so on, but all in all anything more than 250 none GFE is too high in my opinion. There are beautiful and top notch providers that charge 300 full hr and that includes msog with Greek if wanted.
