I would agree on the condoms as being a given. My only other "must have", is really more a "it must be clean"! I don't want operating room bright lights and the smell of disinfectant, it should just be neat, not with crap all over the place (take out containers, cigarette butts, clothing on the floor-unless it's ours!)
