This is the camp I fall into. I'm terrible with time management in the moment! There are many easy ways for the provider to let the gent know time is running out.

If the guy is trying to take advantage and get more service than agreed upon then his bad.

But on the flip side I have been with some women who as I was about to come backed off or slowed down to delay completion. Then go for the time upsell at a point they believe guy will be thinking with the wrong head.

I cannot speak for other guys but speaking for myself never had trouble coming quickly with someone who went to work and performed properly without stopping. As a general practice if the lady says time is up and asks for more money I just leave and never return. That usually means either a problem with technique, chemistry, or as noted planned upsell. Either of the above in the end means end of line. Regardless of reason for incompletion there is not much reason to return.

Completing the session in a timely manner equals repeat business. Because that means she delivers on what she promises and has skills to deliver on what she promises. That means guaranteed repeat business. Pretty simple equation.
