Sure, Trump gets away with it (to put it mildly), but she won't be given the same latitude with voters as him.

I hope she kills it, but I would be shocked if she did. It kind of makes me wonder whether it is a sign of desperation on her part because she has remained neck and neck with Trump for so long and has been unable to move the needle... I guess she is a gambling woman because this could really come back and shoot her in the foot, but much props to her for taking the risk.

Your thoughts folks...

Harris has no choice. she lost the debate by wasting her 60 minutes making false accusations about Trump knowing she had a "wink wink nod nod" deal with CBS not to fact check her.

for those of you who "think" that Harris "won" the debate .. how many undecided voters did that sway?

apparently none of them or her numbers would be surging .. they are tanking.

what desperate measures is Trump taking?

Harris is the desperate one to go on on FOX .. even with Bret Baier it's not "friendly media"

no CBS 60 minutes re-do's this time KammyTits!

Baier: Harris interview will be pre-taped with ‘very minimal’ editing

https://www.yahoo.com/news/baier-har...014001249.html

Fox News anchor Bret Baier responded Monday to questions surrounding an upcoming interview with Vice President Harris, suggesting that if any editing is required, it will be for “timing” only.

“There were no preconditions to get the interview,” Baier replied to another user on social platform X. “No one has the questions ahead of time — except me. No topic is off the table.”

“And if there is any editing – it will be very minimal for timing and will be editorially the same question and answer,” he wrote, adding, “we are pre taping the interview right before my live show Wednesday in Pa.”

Baier also posted a video online asking users to share questions for the interview, which will air Wednesday at 6 p.m. EDT from the critical swing state of Pennsylvania.

His comments come after the network announced Monday that Harris agreed to appear on “Special Report,” marking her first-ever sit-down with the outlet, just weeks before Election Day.

The Democratic presidential nominee has participated in a series of interviews in recent days targeted toward key voting blocs as the election gets closer. The media blitz, including both traditional and nontraditional outlets, showcased her all-of-the-above approach to reaching voters.

After weeks of criticism from Republicans and supporters of GOP nominee former President Trump, Harris flipped the script on Trump. The campaign accused the former president of avoiding mainstream interviews.

bahahahaa Trump and Vance have both debated on "mainstream media debate formats"

The vice president’s decision to join Fox News also follows an invitation from the outlet to host a second debate between the presidential nominees. Trump has rebuffed pressure from the Democratic nominee for a second forum since the first debate in September, and seemingly shut the door for good last week.

The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s polling index shows Harris with a razor-thin edge over Trump — 49.8 percent to 46.9 percent — with just a few weeks left until Election Day.

and about those polls ...

(All listed senate seats)
These are showing a pretty good lead for Harris.

Trump is the person dodging debate/interviews. He's afraid of being fact checked.

In the presidential race, it is Harris + 48.5 to Trump + 46.

Those number are from 538 btw.

So stop lying about the poll numbed and we'll see you on election night.

One person is running from interviews on CNBC and CBS and one person is not hiding in these last couple of crucial weeks.

No wonder Trump's sorry ass is now all for early voting. He should be. The old fat man baby seems to be running out of gas and brain cells by the day.

It's not how you start. It's how you finish. Hell, it seems like Trump has checked out as far as trying to impress undecided voters, and Harris appears to be doing the opposite of Clinton's arrogant view of taking things for granted and won't stop sprinting until reaching the finish line. Good for her.

CBS is the champion of fake news. They proved it with Harris interview on 60 minutes, and Speaker of the House released how they edited his answers to provide misinformation.

It was a guarantee that Trump would not be treated fairly.

Define “fairly.” Sounds like rage whining about Trump in a thread clearly about Harris and Fox.

Your gripe is so “talking point” that it’s simplistic and formulaic. But not based on any kind of logic.

How do you expect Fox to squeeze the interview into a predetermined time slot?

Nothing like lowering the bar for her fellas. I can hear y’all already with proclamations of how she hit it out of the park and that Brett Baier is racist and sexist. BB is an anchor but terrible interviewer. Trump is going to win this and win it BIGGLY.

Another four more years of crying, smears, obstruction and lies from the left.

This isn’t August anymore. Everyone has predicted that the polls are tightening. That means her numbers are going down and his numbers are going up. That’s exactly what’s happening.

Both Harris and Trump show horribly when on-the-spot. All of the news sources are skewed Harris. Note that Fox only responds to talking points from Harris, essentially providing straw men that let others take them apart.

Harris, when not prompted, looks and sounds mentally deficient. Trump is correct, tactically, to avoid interactions with her, and to avoid interviews.

Harris' problem is that she didn't go through the primary, and hasn't defined anything about herself except that she was the daughter and disciple of a Marxist. If she had gone through the primary process, she would never have been nominated.

Because of this, she must put herself out there, and when she does, she looks deficient. The election is going to be close.

Harris is the perfect progressive candidate in that she is an empty shell willing to be filled with the hate filled rhetoric of those that surround her. But since she has the armour of her race and sex, she can't be criticized. Their problem, though, is that she is so incompetent that she can't be protected, and her incompetence is apparent to even casual observers.

It shocks me that Democrats have these elaborate(and frankly effective) plans for perverting our society, and then put folks like Biden, Harris, and Clinton as their candidates. It reminds me of the failures of the Japanese navy in WWII, where they had these elaborate plans, and had truly weak leaders executing them, leading to mass destruction.

You do realize she was initially behind Trump in every state. She gained ground and passed him. Now the polls are essentially even.

Perhaps you could cite the source you've gathered your info from, or is this just off your wish list??

All the polls I see show the data as being close or the same as it has been since end of Sept. 538 polls is where I watch as you can get a blend of all different pollsters and groups.
