What is reasonable?

I would give 15 to 20 minutes. If there is a contact and the hobbyist explained about traffic, some more time will be OK. Not giving cross street is not an excuse. Once you get the street, one should be able to locate the address. Houston is not that complicated

On the other hand, it's good practice to help a client to locate your place in every way you can. A win-win for both parties.

I wouldn't give the guy more than 15 minutes. I would expect the girl to be on time within that same time frame. They make phones so you can communicate. I am never late for an appointment. I'm always early and just sit in my vehicle until i'm supposed to be there. I expect the same from tha lady. If by chance something goes wrong I will call and stay in touch with her and I expect the same thing from her. I expect her to answer her phone as I would answer mine. No excuses.

in this day and age you should have GPS or get a print out of directions from google maps or something similar before leaving. Also at an hour late I wouldnt expect the session to still go on since that beyond the time that is acceptable to be late.
