If the outfit is like a cheap bikini or a bra and panty set. I have normally just let them keep it. If it’s like a school girl/sailor moon costume with no panties. I will take back. I would not expect any ladies to wear a pair of used panties/bikini bottoms even if they have been washed. Costumes with no intimate exposure are a different story.

I usually bring some sort of apparel but it’s always brand new, in its original packaging and I make it clear that it is a gift to them. It’s a great way to ingratiate yourself.
