I can't imagine a serious (non-fantasy) way to Hobby on a cruse. Any women who play will be Real-world folks. While they may be looking for some action, the game is completely different.

If you bring along your own provider for a multi-day session, it will be expensive.

My cruse fantasy:

I make arrangements through the "Cruse Director", (well someone) and money changes hands. He arranges for some good-enough looking woman to come to my cabin every night/afternoon for extensive long session sex. . . .a different one every time. Some times its one of the chorus girls from the stage show, sometimes its a cuteie-pie from some unseen service job. Ethnicity changes from girl to girl. Language isn't a problem; we just fuck. No money changes hands as that has been taken care of already.

Viking river cruises stop at a different city every day. I suppose one could make arrangements online at each of the stops European eccie perhaps?), but security getting her on board even as a guest may be an issue.

Might be easiest to pay half of Claire's fare and agree to X number of visits during the cruise.

Many providers operating on a cruise ship sounds like a good business model.
Once in international waters, the usual laws don't apply. That's how ships can depart from places where gambling is very illegal, then open a cash-bet casino the moment they enter international waters.

A ship could be anchored just beyond the line of demarcation with shuttles to and from a nearby port. I propose calling the ship USS Eccie.

Here is an idea for a hobby related cruse that might be made to work, but has never caught on as a serious proposition.

A local hobby community (ECCIE based?) but not a formal ECCIE function, arranges a private super bowl party at some venue. Food, drinks maybe even dancing . . .and wide screen TVs with THE GAME on. There are one or more 100 square betting boards; you know how it works, a 10x10 grid of squares where everyone gets their money down before the game and initials a square. Numbers 1-10 are assigned through some random method etc.

Providers add in their initials to squares.Maybe this is a double blind sign-up so the winners are surprised at the pairings (I don't know quite how that would be done.) Only hobbyists buy-in, the ladies do not (natch!). . . .and the game begins. Winners of each quarter get options. ?the hobbyist gets tickets for a cruse for two. The Provider gets half the square's pay-out . she may opt out if she doesn't want to be with the winning hobbyist, but then he gwets both the cruse and the money (to spend on another provider?).

There could be several betting boards with various levels of buy-in, fro say $100 through $1K. The bigger the buy-in the longer the cruse . . .or something.

I am sure that there are folks with more knowledge and skill than me in planning out these things . . .the details are open to refining. I just think that something like this could be done without everyone going to jail.

There are already sex cruises. Google "sex cruises". That will give you a bunch of hits, and they will suggest other options, including "prostitutes on cruise ships".
