Does it make you feel bad that Hitler didn't blow his brains out like you want to believe?
Does it make you feel bad that he out-smarted everyone, with the help of US intelligence, and lived a long and happy life unpunished?
Yeah I guess I would be angry too......
But I'm not stupid enough to call someone childish names.
Go back to kindergarten.

DNA test closes book on mystery of Martin Bormann
IMRE KARACS IN BONN MONDAY 04 MAY 1998
THE long search for the elusive Martin Bormann is over. Using DNA analysis, German and Swiss scientists have established that a skeleton dug up in Berlin in 1972 is indeed Bormann's. Hitler's deputy - or, in Goering's words "that filthy swine" - may now rest in peace.
The scientists compared the DNA obtained from a piece of the skull with a tissue sample donated by an 83-year-old relative of Bormann's living near Frankfurt and found matching sequences.

So, Hitler kept his funny little mustache while trying to hide and remain inconspicuous?
There are a lot of reasons this story doesn't hold water, but doesn't that one tell the whole story? How often you see a mustache like Hitler's? Uhhh, never? Until Michael Jordan grew one? And Hitler didn't shave it off while on the run? His single most recognizable physical characteristic? Absurd.
Hitler died in Berlin at the end of the war of a self-inflicted GSW.

Actually Timpage Hitler was wearing a mustache of the time. He did not invent it and many Englishmen wore the same mustache. Hitler wore the popular mustache of the 1910s in World War I.
He is the guy with the mustache. I think the mustache would be the first thing to go if he really escaped.

First, if Hitler died in January 1970, he would have been 80, not 81. He was born in April 1889.
-
Second, I have never believed he killed himself, for one simple reason; his megalomania wouldn't have allowed it. Hitler was convinced of his own divine rightness, and even losing the war couldn't shake that belief. Nor could the fact that he survived the at least seventeen documented conspiracies and/or actual attemtps on his life. It is completely unreasonable to expect that a man who believed so completely in himself would eat a gun, take poison, or whatever, especially when there were countries such as Argentina that would welcome him with open arms. Keep in mind that the Nazis raped Europe of billions in cash, art, and other valuables; they would have been able to pay their way handsomely. I believe that Hitler found another man of the same age and build, killed him with Eva Braun and his dogs, and fled.
-
As for the Soviet Union, I wouldn't trust any document from that source to tell me anything more important than what the weather was, and I'd double check that.

As I recall, Charlie Chaplin wore the same kind of mustache.

Hitler was a megalomaniac which serves to reinforce the notion that he did commit suicide to avoid capture and indignities like those visited on the Mussolini both after capture and after death.

I have to go along with IB on the megalomania thing. Suicide has many times been a way to hurt those left behind. You know, I am an uber genius and I am punishing the world by taking my life. When the world looks back, and they will, they will be sorry that they did not treat me better. Yes, I think megalomania argues that he would kill himself.

1.Hitler was not a megalomaniac. There is no evidence for that. Hitler was a humble person who never accumulated any wealth. He was highly dedicated both as a soldier and as a revolutionary nationalist. He posed himself as the nation's savior and demanded personal loyalty because of the necessities of the revolution. He understood that to succeed he had to give the stupid public the heros they wanted. He had total contempt for the public, and used every trick he could conjur to manipulate them. He had nothing but personal distain for the lackies and idiots he had to use to obtain and keep power. He personally had nothing but contempt for idiots like Himmler, Hess, and Goering. Borman was the one person Hitler respected because Borman was not an idiot.
2.There was a constant stream of German officials leaving Berlin in the days just prior to it's capitulation. The only high ranking officials who were caught by the allies were those leaving Berlin who chose to stay in Germany when they didn't have to. All high officials left Berlin and were captured by the British or US, or went on to south America.

No actually the controversy over Borman's supposed skull being found has nothing to do with the fact that the skull the Russians claim as THE ONLY EVIDENCE of Hitler's death in Berlin HAS TURNED OUT TO BE THAT OF A WOMAN.
If you are insisting that "Hitler's skull" isn't that of a woman than let's see some evidence Dude.
Hitler escaped because he had total contempt for everyone.
He viewed himself as being far above the German people, the idiots around him in the Nazi party, and everyone else.
Hitler only liked four people. He liked Albert Speer, Martin Borman, Eva Braun, and his dog.
Hitler made his escape because he could, and he was smart enough to look after his own skin.
He was a survivor, and anyone who knows about his life knows that about him if they know anything.
He believed the ultimate obligation every person has is to survive.

Or Hitler was a practical chicken shit...did not want to be capture, tortured and whatever
So he simply killed himself, while the Russian Army was surrounding him.
Note: The most obvious answer is not always the right one, it just happens to be the right one the vast majority of times, lol

A No-brainer
For anyone who understands Hitler this is a no-brainer.
Hitler had no friends.
Hitler never confided his thoughts to anyone.
Hitler always used everyone around him.
Hitler had contempt and distain for everyone because he saw how shallow and idiotic they all were.
Hitler believed in his own morality, his own intellect, his own will.
He would never have killed himself as long as there was a way to survive.
He lived the rest of his life with his career in politics left far behind him. He just focused on what lay ahead.
