Sorry to hear about the racist attitude. That's a major turn off for me in a woman. Obviously, we are all a victim of our upbringing, but I like to think that a responsible adult can make their own mind up about these sorts of things and erase stereo-types that they were raised with. Of course, that's in a perfect world.

I dated a FW cop once, she was from Eastern Europe actually (great body and the hot accent to go along with it). The stories she would share with me about her peers was just plain ludicrous. She ended up having to leave and join the police force in a much smaller community not to far from Dallas just to avoid the repercussions of not choosing to be a part of the "good ole boys club". This included having her tires slashed by her co-workers. I'll remind you her co-workers were COPS. So if you think that just because someone is LE, they can separate personal from professional you are sadly mistaken.

Always seems like people make a big deal when LE is held to a higher standard than the general public. I agree that like politicians, teachers, and many other public servants thy are just human. However, both on and off duty IMO they should in fact be held to a higher standard, especially LE. Someone who is ina position to enforce the law is licensed to carry a concealed weapon shouldn't be allowed to conceal any sort of attitude that would prevent them from doing so in an unbiased or especially racist way. Sure, I'm thinking Utopia, but no reason we should settle for less.
