The question any provider needs to ask herself about photos, indeed, about every element of her ad, is, "Will this bring me more business?"" If the answer is, "no," or, more critically, if the element actually results in less business, she shouldn't do it. I can't see how adding animal ears and noses to photos results in a greater proportion of the potential clients who view the ad calling and making appointments. It may be cute, and it may be generational, but the bottom line is, "Is it effective?"

When I was younger with a cheerleader body I had a different type of client... the kind that wanted me to dress up like a school girl and call them daddy/ uncle/ coach, etc. I feel that those clients will be drawn to ads and showcases with a sprinkling of cutsie filters.
