I don't know your situation, and don't believe you should have to air out your laundry to everyone...but if your situation as you previously stated was because you didn't have enough prebooked appointments then the situation should have led to you communicating... you stated you have never "no showed" well there have been 2 in this thread alone that you no showed, and my point was simple...communication, you do have a good "reputation", but to ensure that I was simply suggesting you show consideration through communication. have a nice day, yourself!
