She encourages white people to protest against administration officials while doing NOTHING about the violence against Black citizens in Chicago. She's the poster-image for California politics and beats out Pelosi and Jerry Lewis Brown for 1st place honors. In fact she's worse than Houston's very own retardo:
Speaking of ingrained ignorance!

As I've said here before some Republicans want to put lots and lots of young black men in jail. And some Democrats want to put lots and lots of white businessmen in jail. Prosecutors, judges, police, and the FBI are happy to oblige. That's their business, putting people in jail. What you people don't think about is that if you put all the taxpayers in jail, there won't be anyone left to pay the taxes. This should be of particular concern to Democrats, who want to grow the size of government.
Someone like Cohen could be a productive citizen instead of rotting in jail. Yes, make him pay his back taxes and penalties and interest. But 3 to 5 years, or up to 65 years if he hadn't agreed to try to rat out Trump, is kind of crazy.

... who said he "agreed to rat out Trump"?
His Lying Lawyer has recanted on his initial claim to the lame-stream media about what he allegedly "knew" and is now (on the back page of the press) being quoted as saying Cohen didn't know anything on Trump regarding the "Russian Collusion" allegation.
Everyone should watch Lanny's lips move in sync with the sounds!

I prefer a civilized resolution of conflicts, but those who wish confrontation may get what they wish, particularly when they occupy only about 12% of the citizen population, which is somewhat reduced by the number who are already incarcerated after already having a lawyer and "due process."

I changed that to "try to rat out Trump" before your post appeared. Cohen pleaded guilty to unlawful corporate contributions and excessive campaign contributions because the prosecutors agreed to go easier on him and he wouldn't have to continue to pay huge legal bills. This was a transparent effort by prosecutors to try to implicate Trump in "crimes" that neither he nor Cohen committed. Confess to something you didn't do and they'll go easy on you.
Calling payoffs from Trump, channeled through Cohen, to pay women who were trying to extort money "campaign contributions" is a real stretch. These are the lengths some prosecutors will go to in order to lock people up or get some kind of a feather in their cap

Amen to that. These guys are salty as fuck but if they were truly innocent why strike plea...and more importantly why plead guilty. It's hilarious that the one juror who convicted Manafort said she was a staunch Republican and Trump supporter but that Manafort was guilty as fuck and she had no choice but to convict. Hopefully more people will come to their senses and do the right thing. We have a criminal in the White House and Fox News is complicit in his criminality

Like a previous "plea deal" (Flynn's) publicly discussed the "devil is in the details" and a couple of procedural details are apparently being overlooked. One is the Federal Rules provide for an opportunity for Cohen to withdraw his plea AND another is the Presiding Judge over his case must accept the plea agreement even if the doesn't withdraw his agreement with it.
Example: If the alleged facts do not rise to a level sufficient to meet all of the elements of the alleged offense, then the Judge can shit-can the deal. The same could be said for the punishment in the plea agreement.

Do you know anyone who is "truly innocent"?
Everyone is PRESUMED INNOCENT of the crime for which they are charged, until a finding of guilt has been made by the appropriate person or persons assessing the facts. Even with a plea deal the Judge ends up making a finding of "Guilty" once the deal, the offense, and the testimony, if any, has been evaluated by the Judge.
The Pope is even under siege at the moment.
Rather than word your statement as you did, replace "innocent" with "not guilty of the crime with which they were charged"!
In a criminal proceeding there is no finding of "innocent" ... only "Not Guilty"!
One might want to pass that on to the anti/never-Trumpers along with the lame-stream media. They seem to be struggling with those ancient concepts.

1. To avoid being bankrupted by legal fees
2. Because the difference between accepting a plea and losing at trial can be a matter of decades. Congress and legislatures have imposed maximum sentences and sentencing guidelines that enable prosecutors to lock up the accused for the rest of his life. If you're innocent do you really want to roll the dice?
3. The prosecutor agrees you'll receive a probated sentence if you confess. You may be incarcerated if you're found guilty. If you're innocent do you really want to roll the dice?
4. Harvey Silverglate, a noted lawyer and civil libertarian, argues that people inadvertently commit an average of three felonies a day. Prosecutors can find some law you violated, or can claim you violated a law, and lock you up, regardless of who you are. This is kind of what happened to Cohen, on the charges of illegal campaign contributions.
5. If you didn't commit a crime when law enforcement starts to investigate you, then they may use their superior legal knowledge to get you to commit one. This is what happened to Papadopoulos, who confessed to perjury.
Tens of thousands of people have plead guilty or struck plea agreements for crimes they didn't commit. Some will rot in jail for the rest of their lives. There is a high degree of hypocrisy in your position, if you do indeed have some compassion for people, including a disproportionate number of black men, who are unfairly convicted of crimes, or who are incarcerated for much longer periods than their crimes justify.

^ whatever makes you sleep at night. If those criminals are innocent go to trial. I would urge all of you Trump apologists to apply the same standards you've always applied to young black men being accused of crimes...and do you recall what that is?
No?
Let me help you out...
Guilty as fuck
