ts- such a shame that you have such unmitigated hatred, anger, adn fury over your perceived fantasy of the political landscape - indoctrinated in you by the LSM and democraticommunist party. - and you vent yourself on this Forum

Rather than civil, debate on issues.
You descend into name-calling, insults, f-bombs, and profanity EVERY POST.

Note to ts - Trump is no longer POTUS

I am very sad for you - valued poster

They're not traitors. They're just feeding at the trough. That's what politicians do. Look where these Congressmen are from. New York and New Jersey will get lots of money that's going to be spent on tunnels and mass transit and the like. Manchin supposedly got a good deal for West Virginia. And Alaska always gets more than its share of pork.

It's too early to know how this will turn out. I hope the progressives are right. Now that Manchin, Sinema, and House Democratic moderates got the infrastructure bill they wanted, maybe they won't pass the Build Back Better Bill. Not likely, but who knows.

I bet this is like the SALT thing -- probably the infrastructure spending will benefit blue states more. So the blue state Republicans had more motivation to vote for it, not to mention that if they're in competitive districts, their show of "bipartisanship" may help them next year in elections.

There will be elections.

Register to vote now. Get together whatever ID papers you need and get that done. Be sure of your voting place, the location may change from year to year. Vote in the primaries, this is as important as showing up on election day. Vote in the local elections for school board and city council etc. This is often where professional politicians get their start. Local elections prime the pump and are farm league tryouts for higher office. Weed out the bums early.

VOTE HARDER, GUYS!
IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE when they close the polls and are still counting votes weeks later and there are no ways to validate mail-in ballots
