Trump will likely get some of the penalty reduced if he can claim the fines are excessive or unusual. There is something to said about the 92 page ruling that was very well crafted towards substantiating the crimes and actions and intents. But the dollar value will be knocked down to id estimate 100-200 mm, and the business exclusion will remain.

Trump fucked himself. His big fucking ego has cost him WAY more than anything.
