A direct answer would have been to return his PM and say no. If you don't want to see me just return the PM and say so. Not responding at all is childish and is the definition of poor TCB. I don't particularly need to know why you won't see me. If someone asks me about a provider that has never responded to me I will tell them so. I won't share anything negative about a provider just because she won't see me unless she gives me a bullshit reason or a bunch of unwarranted attitude.
