and then after voting and heading for the door to leave he put
his hat back on and the poll worker then put his hands on
the fellow with the Red hat? ... That's what I gather from
the report. ... So, the red hat fellow didn't fancy being
layed a hand on and thus defended himself??
Not sure how and why the fellow was arrested... The poll worker
putting his hands on the fellow is assault... Time to consult
a barrister and file suit - especially when charged with
whatever it was "assault on a older person" as the fellow
is 63 and the poll worker is 69...
The Australian lesson here is to keep yer hands to yer-self.
That-way, you don't start a barney and take a punch.
Surely seem like one o' those "Even-Steven situations" - if you ask me.
