you do what is right for YOU
Not for anyone else here
And if there are those that do not agree with it then simply pass it by.
Best of luck to you Kaylee

Kaylee, have never met you, but I respect what you're doing.
2 years. You can do alot in 2 years, but shoot for a year. Don't delay your bucketlist, do it before your health gets too bad to travel.
You will always be a very beautiful woman, no matter what cancer takes away.
Live life 100%.

Thank you so much.
Yeah, I've pretty much let opinions roll off of me. The whole duck and water thing but after what I've been through what I've been through these last few months, opinion are small things. LOL.
Hugs and love.

Maybe you could set up a gofundme for people to pay for your health expenses/travel? I've seen quite a few campaigns lately for sexworkers who have cancer. I don't condone setting up campaigns for this like this, but it is what it is. Good people will step forward for any cause.

Wow! I'm never irritated with other ladies but you just rubbed me the wrong way missy!! Why would she lie! She'd probably make more in four hours IF she could work than anyone has donated. No working gal would put this out there if it wasn't true. And BTW, this board and community has been a huge part of my life for years,I too would probably reach out. The people I've met here are real people...funny, sad, heartbreaking, hilarious, generous, terrible and true. We're just a bunch of mixed up folks that stumbled across each other. Take a chill pill or go get laid really good because you apparently need it. 😘
May you always be healthy but just between you and I Adrienne.. I wouldn't count on it. ❤️ And I'll leave it right there.
You aren't a nice person.

Where did I say she would lie?
As I said before, she already posted a similar thread and many folks came forward to say something nice, myself included.
Also, don't misconstrue my words. Your tidbit about me is about the meanest thing that anyone has said on this thread thus so far.

You said: "I don't condone setting up campaigns for this like this, but it is what it is."
If ya wanna get technical and shitty about it.
The woman is dying, keep your trap shut.
And I agree about your last statement. But I do hope in ten years you aren't in this exact same situation, and I mean that. And if you are, I hope your friends are kind.
Good luck with the karma you are carrying around.

Let me be clear, I don't 'condone' campaigns like gofundme because they aren't exactly sex worker friendly. I would hate to for someone to set up a campaign only to be shut down.
Also, regarding her situation . . . are you wishing some sort of ill will on me in the next ten years? Be careful with your words. Karma is real.

Girl, you make no sense, so I can't comment further. You were kinda being shitty to a person with cancer. Just come clean.
Ugg.
May your life be kind to you.
Good luck.

Hence why I said the word 'condone'. It's just an opinion, nothing more or nothing less.

Kaylee,
You have always seemed like a class act and you continue to be one
You are in my Prayers and may the two years be two wonderful years plus some.
Please hang around here as long as you want.
I enjoy hearing from you and I am sure most of us feel the same way.
Best Wishes, Safe Travels

Thank you everyone.
It's all good ladies. We can have our opinions all day long.....
I can post what I want.
Talk about it or not talk about it as much as I want.
What people think doesn't matter....
In these last few months, I've been through some very painful and awful medical stuff.
So if someone chooses to mean or be nice (I DO like nice). It's on them not me.
I did find A.B kind of pointed and sharp but I didn't let it bother me. I understood the good intentions behind it.
In the end of the day....life still moves on.

Kaylee,
Would like to relate a story to you. Almost 1 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Throat Cancer. Went through 9 weeks of radiation therapy on my neck and throat and chemotherapy treatments. It was very very painful with blisters all in my mouth, on my tongue and inside of my throat and the outside of my neck was raw and scraped over from the radiation therapy. The chemo treatments made me very sick where I could not eat at all. Lost over 100lbs going through the treatments and the recovery process.
Went for a Pet Scan recently and all of the results came back negative. I felt that I went to hell and back going through the treatment process and recovery. There are a couple of things that I would like to say that were realized, first of all do not give up hope for there is light at the end of the tunnel, and no one is going to get better if they expect others to feel sorry for them, this was some of the best advice that was received from one of my doctors.
This is something that I can now put behind me for I had cancer and beat it with sheer determination and will power to not give up the fight.

We haven’t met, but I read the boards a lot and I’ve always liked the way you handle yourself. My apologies on having to go through some not-so-great times.
My two cents: I’ve known two people with terminal cancer in my lifetime that I was close to. One was given 3 months to live; the other was given 2-3 years. For ease of relaying the story, we’ll call them 3mo and 2yr. 3mo’s personality was “screw the doctors, I make my own path”. She lived a year and half past expectations. 2yr was the opposite essentially. She (women I know have bad luck apparently) was basically accepting of everything. She passed away 4 weeks after the diagnosis. I’m sure you’ll see a lot of these general types of comments, but the mental aspect can’t be understated here. Find something you want to be around for and try to be around for it. I wish you the best with everything.
