After 3mos going on 4 ,, I'm Up And Going

Good update I'm up right and walking and when it was all said and done with tones of X-Ray's It was 3 Fractures on my Ankle ...
Not I start PT . to which is kinda crazy now to do I'v been walking on my own for 3 weeks and did 60 Squats on my own .. Now I just need to get back to the trainer in Aug ,, But I'm good to go Now and getting my SEX on ..
I'v been Practicing here in Ca lol
