Who the hell calls 'the law' on someone randomly sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot? Bajillion different reasons to be doing that.

Now, there are plenty of details not being conveyed here (big difference between a drive way and an apt. complex's lot); but I don't see anything particularly 'wrong' about sitting in a parking lot and waiting to hear back. Frankly, if I'm leaving the general area of where I'm supposed to park to see a provider, I'm not coming back as my interest will have waned at that point.

Lol.. silly rabbitt. Honestly some people just like to talk cuz God gave them lips. Besides all the traffic with the construction across the street and cars parked everywhere that don't belong At any given time of any given day there's probably at least 3 to half a dozen John's in the parking lot so they can just give it a rest with the condescending speeches.
Probably wasn't the ideal situation to be sitting in the parking lot but neither is girls walking around in freakin robes n the parking lot either like I've seen. So, he did no damage by waiting

This is fucked up. She wastes his time then responds in an agressive tone stating that her "phone died" (never heard that one before). Nowhere in her response did she even remotely apologize, just cops attitude. Then the rest of you jump on his case for waiting in a parking lot.
