White House chief strategist Steve Bannon does not believe there is a military solution to North Korea in regards to its nuclear weapons program.
Bannon on Tuesday called journalist Robert Kuttner, co-founder and co-editor of left-wing publication The American Prospect, telling him to “forget” the possibility of warfare with North Korea during a wide-ranging interview.
“There’s no military solution [to North Korea’s nuclear threats], forget it,” Bannon said. “Until somebody solves the part of the equation that shows me that ten million people in Seoul don’t die in the first 30 minutes from conventional weapons, I don’t know what you’re talking about, there’s no military solution here, they got us.”

Sure there's a "Deep State" Eisenhower called it the "Military Industrial Complex". Bannon disregarded the term "Deep State" but then said there was a formidable Government Bureaucracy. What makes up a Deep state are forces of misdirected power that consist of Military,Intelligence and Government Officials, who try to secretly manipulate Government Policy. Bannon further stated the Deep State is far from deep it's right in your face. He actually admitted there is a force in Government that goes against the grain. Forget about Trump or Putin or any other World leader. Heads of State don't create their own "Deep State". The Deep State creates them. Presidents are not permanent fixtures of Government, the so called "Deep State" is. The Deep State has lots of power but their power rests on us as citizens. In other words they are only as powerful as we allow them to be. That's why Gun Control is a farce, it's not for the people's safety it's for their power, they really don't give a shit if someone shoots you believe me. Although the Deep State consists of people, I see the "Deep State" as more of a state of affairs, a Government mind set that's called up out of convenience more that a person or group of people with a particular agenda apart from all else.
