That was the big news of the day, LA should be fun to watch next season. Good for them,
This is a quote from Steve Nash about a week ago:
Quote:
"The truth is I'm a bit old school," Nash said in the June 25 interview. "For me, it would be hard to put on a Lakers jersey. That's just the way it is. You play against them so many times in the playoffs, and I just use them as an example, and I have the utmost respect for them and their organization..

LOL
Anyway, I'm glad the Mavs are keeping Kidd, I'd take him over most of the other PG's that were free agents this summer, but they need to get a big man...

While I respect Steve Nash's playmaking abilities and I never cared for his demeanor. Now that he will be wearing a Lakers uniform next season, I like him even less! His arrogance should blend in well with Kobe!

LinSanity grees to Terms with Rockets
Nice to we have a Point Guard since the Dragic walked and they dealed Lowry for nothing. He was my favorite Rocket. However KMart played like a pussy and although Scola is a dire-hard motherfucker, let's face it. He's no superstar. I hate to see the Rockets on this downward spiral, but let's face it. It just might be necessary.
Mavs however have a star and a great coach but seem to be parting out. Dirk is still in his prime. I wonder what gives.

Happy for the Rockets and their signing, but you gota wonder what's up with players not wanting to play for Morey.
But my Mavs, Fuck. Dirk has only a couple of years left, not sure how this team will contend. It's pretty clear they broke up a championship team for nothing. I'm still grateful for last year, but this sucks. I'd much rather take Ramon Sessions than Aaron Brooks tho..

Lin accepted the offer for the Rockets, but can't sign until July 11th. The Knicks can still match the offer and pay the luxury tax. What I don't get is that we lost Dragic cuz he wanted too much money. And we traded Lowery before Lin could sign? So if Knicks match Lin's offer, we are totally SCREWED with NO point guard. I can't see the Knicks relying on 39 yr old Jason Kidd for full time PG duties......

I think they are going to get Ray Felton for the back-up, not sure Lin can sign there with the cap space they have.

Sculla to Dallas? I like that. thinks are looking up.
And I'm happy Houston looks like they are finally getting a STAR. Dwight MotherFucking Howard. But giving up Parsons/Patterson and all those picks (Which were all good) is a lot to pay.
I think it's gonna be worth it though for Houston.

After all this Fucking wait, the Magic get Affalo and Harrington....WTF? I'm not even a Rockets fan but that is pretty depressing, Jeremy Lamb alone probably has more upside than any of the three guys they got. And LA didn't even have to give up Gosal...
Howard Gosal Artest Kobe Nash
Jamison Blake Ebanks
That's a decent Fucking team right there.

The Rockets problem is Darrell Morae he can't get and superstar players . Houston is the third largest city in the USA . They pay out for second tier players and can't land a big name thats the GM. Bad news is looks like nobody will be available next year like they were this year.
