You mean the guy who is neither a criminal nor constitutional lawyer and who wrote "As a practical matter, most of what I've written ... is largely irrelevant?" He has pretty good instincts for the constitutional issues, but as he said, they are basically of academic interest.
Brilliance needs to be coupled with practicality in order to win the case, or avoid the arrest. I may be a dullard, but my tips are spot on.
