Here's the viewpoint of a veteran political analyst who indeed believes that the storm increases the probablity of a Romney popular vote majority, but without affecting the electoral tally -- which in the opinion of many analysts is likely to be in Obama's favor unless he loses the popular vote by at least a couple of percentage points.

Actually, latest polls show Romney's lead in the popular vote has evaporated. Only Gallup has him ahead. And we all know what the means...
