I completely agree. Many, many people have no real sexual training or even a desire to explore beyond the mundane in many areas not just sexuality. I think because it feels good already so why bother. It's a shame really, the best sex comes from a fertile mind and a well trained body with regard to pleasuring oneself and a refined technique for pleasuring one's partner.

I have to contract my muscles. The pubococcygeus is easy. It's the tiny muscles over the clitoris that are dastardly difficult. I do not know if I actually qualify within the scope of the thread / technique. I can make myself orgasm with out manually stimulating my self, but imagery alone won't do it. Yes i agree with that too. Terms limit. For example erotocomatose lucidity. I wonder if your first sentence sort of ties in with what Olivia is saying about their being a difference between being sexually experienced but not sexually advanced. I think many people (not just providers) fall into that trap???
