Sometimes it is difficult to separate yourself, to hold back your heart. There are some genuinely wonderful guys out there. There have been a few that I felt a connection with, although I would never say so to them. Tiffani is correct, we as females have to be comfortable in our own skin and be strong in our beliefs. And that applies to outside the hobby as well.

Well, Iam not totally sure I understand all the particulars of your situation Nino, but I'll say this you're engaging in an activity that isn't designed to be exploited, so you're setting yourself up for almost anything on an emotional level at any given time. This goes for clients as well.

When I meet with a provider I want to have an experience not just a quickie. I want to be able to enjoy their company, maybe learn something new and share an experience that is just between two adults that make an intimate connection even for just a brief time. This is just how I look at things.

You will find your way, just take it one step at a time and you will figure out what is best for you.

Ninotsugi, all relationships have limits. Some in the extreme, like a chance meeting and brief conversation. The special moments we share in the hobby can indeed be like therapy for some of us. Or just play, which is a form of therapy. Your intense emphathy no doubt makes you very good.

There have been only a few occasions where I ran into a lady for whom providing was just a cold, calculated way of making money. Most of the time, I've been fortunate enough to meet wonderful women in one way or another. To borrow the movie theme, I look at it this way. A Fembot (Austin Powers) may look great on the outside, but what is on the inside? A silicon chip. I don't think clients are looking for a rote experience. We want a human experience. In the end, who we spend time with is directly related to how much research and effort we put into deciding which providers we want to see. The devil is in the details, but the payoff is worth it in the end.

I always tell my quote on quote "clients" (and I say "quote on quote" because to me, they are not that), that when you've met me, you've met a friend for life. I'm a girl with an ear, and am always open to giving advice, chatting, and over all conversation. Life is short, and interaction between eachother is important as long as we can learn something. It doesn't have to be all about the green stuff (no, not boogers), because in the long run, having a good heart and being a GOOD person results in more/better benefits than money. Besides, who wants to be superficial and artificial? I've gone through a lot - physical assets come and go and tarnish, and if all you have left is to deal with your nasty SELF and person, noone else will, including your gentlemen friends...hope I at least touched the topic!

I like the emotional attachment, makes for a great time together (IMO). But as far as from a provider perspective, I don't know how they do it. I would rather see just a few "good friends" than a bunch of ladies....that's what draws me back to SB's time and time again even though a SB takes lots of work and time.

I don't like a mechanical time with someone so I won't revisit the lady if there isn't at least a sliver of a connection.
