I understand where she is coming from. If her photos are accurate, the place is clean and comfortable, and the lady herself puts the effort to be welcoming and pleasant then a gentleman should know as soon as the door is opened if he wants to complete the session. If those things aren't satisfied then I feel you have every right to walk away. But those things will be quickly apparent so unless there are extenuating circumstances, I personally feel that you owe the provider the full sum of the session if you take over 10 minutes to decide that you don't want to go through with the session.

Now there are hobbyists to change their mind at the last moment because they feel guilty. A provider is not responsible for your change of heart because of your internal moral compass. You are responsible for the time you requested her to set aside for you.

I get where the OP is coming from. I often allow an OTC "get to know you" conversation during the first meeting and I have walked away from a couple sessions before because of someone's personality and refused to accept any money. But how I handle my own business would not work for every lady and I in no way think the way I do things is better.
