You do have a point, SP. I hate that there are so many individuals who won't or don't take the time to obtain PA to read in the ML where the seasoned gents can "school" them.

Since this topic has appropriately been dubbed a CO-ED thread by a moderator, then I'm sure the gents don't mind me stating once again, that I love it when my reviews get bumped and I don't really care whether the comment is helpful concerning my skills! It doesn't matter to me how old they are and I truly hope that it happens often. It's wonderful for any ladies business to have this happen.

As we all know, reviews are better advertising than our ads. I'm truly sorry and perplexed that what appears to be good and helpful for a ladies biz seems to aggravate and upset some folks. Seems like we'd all be on board (pun intended) for that, but what do I know?

Do the gents find that the original post date is hard to see in these threads? Seems to me if you can clearly see this information then you wouldn't continuously be bothered with this. Maybe it never occurred to some to look. Anyway, I hope the suggestion is helpful.

kisses and licks....

I posted the following suggestion in the Suggestion and Feedback Forum on 2/28 and it was met with a resounding "YAWN".

It aggravates us because we think we're about to look at a new review, then we open up the thread and find out it's something we've already seen. Whether or not it helps you is situational: if it's your review that is being bumped (and it's a positive recommendation), then it's obviously good. But if a recent positive review of yours is moved off the front page, then you will have fewer eyes looking at it.

While this statement will often be true, I believe that blanket statements can distort. Example: On the other board I was searching something (don't remember what) and read a post that interested me. I replied, forgetting that this is an old post. I got points for that. I earned those oints. It can be just a case of being "ate up with the dumbass." I would be careful assuming that I know someone's reason or what is in his mind. Could lead to misunderstandings and drama. Just my opinion.

I agree totally that this is a wrong thing to do. In the case that you have new info, please start a new thread and we will continue to discuss. We have man posts daily competing for attention, and adding into the mix the stale topics, makes it difficult to hunt out the new info.

To Torito's point on points, we will not usually point anyone, or delete the post, normally it is a nicely worded "Please Don't Do That" PM, to that individual.

See ECCIE guideline #13:
