(Note: It is a decent day for golf.)

Correct...I did play golf.
I have not spoken to the lawyers. So I would not know what they think about the jurists.
btw...When are you two going to start with the tough questions?

Actually, I have never used the term. Call bullshit if you like, but I was raised believing that the "N" word was the worst word ever created, much worse than our common swear words. I can't bear to hear it, and I absolutely don't use it.
I can't say whether that is because of higher morals (obviously not), or fear of my mother (May she rest in peace.) But I don't use that term. My parents were both professional jazz musicians, so most of the people I grew up with were of African descent. They never used the term, either.

So you ARE going to wait until AFTER the verdict to determine if ...
.. the lawyers were "good" at jury "selection" .... go figure.
If the jurors don't vote the way you want them to vote, then it's "poor jury selection" ...
... is that your take on it?
Is that how you fill your score card at golf .... after the last hole when you see how "the others" played?

You do understand that the judge has ruled on certain issues regarding jury selection. Only the lawyers know if they have gotten in the type of jurist they really want. Not you or I.
That is not my take on it, those are the facts.
Let me try and put this in simple terms that you may understand....
It would be like a chef making a dish and there is a judge that allows him/her to put certain ingredients into the pot. Unless you talk to the Chef afterwards and find out if the judge let you put the ingredients you wanted, you have no way of knowing if the Chef was able to cook up wtf he wanted. Maybe all the prosecutors have to choose from are Klan members. You do understand that even the best Chef can not make a good dish out of spoiled food. So without talking to the Chef/Lawyer....once again , I nor you will know the answer to the contextually false question you are trying to get me to answer.
You are trying to make me to answer 'yes' or 'no' to the question, "Have you quit beating your wife" . When the real answer is "I've never beat my wife".

Are you and JD related? This question has nothing to do with the other question you asked.
I will answer it though.
I score my card, total it then compare to the other players and then the loser buys drinks.

You could have been honest and give THE SHORT ANSWER, which is:
WTF: "I DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT JURY SELECTION."
You can read, from what you have said:
I gave you a link to a brief bio ON all six plus the alternates.
And so the real answer is ... you'll wait until AFTER the verdict to decide if the "CHEF/LAWYER" made the correct "selection" for his main course. Oh ...
when are you going to ask the "CHEF/LAWYER" how he "selected" the jury?

Can't you read? I said you can only find out from the Chef. He has all the information. Not you or I. btw.....I do not have to know shit about jury selection to know how important it is. Just like I do not have to know anything about your small intestines to know how important a good regular shit is. I do not have to know anything about cooking to know how important a good chef and fresh food is to a good meal. Do you think you are confusing me with these nonsensical questions/statements. Or anybody else for that matter.

Do they even let African Americans live in Kansas?
Your parents were professional jazz musicians so most of the people you grew up with were of African descent? Sorry, I had to repeat that because it is the largest pile of steaming bullshit you've ever squeezed out here on Eccie. Do you really think anybody is buying that? I mean...seriously? Do you have any idea how few people there are that make a living playing jazz? Not many. Now...do you have any idea how many white people make a living playing jazz? You've narrowed the field to what? Maybe 20% of the answer to the original question? Maybe a few hundred on the face of the planet? If that?
But, we're expected to believe that not just one of your parents....but both....were professional jazz musicians? And that their white-bread son grew up to be a lawyer?
The mind reels....
