It works both ways, no need to jump to conclusions. Providers do it also, part of the territory. Car problems, baby sitters, phone disconnected, etc.... Shit happens. Deal with it, move on.

It's important for hobbyist' and providers to have good tcb and try to not ncns anyone. It's just common courtesy, as well as good business. A quick text , email or whatever saying you can't make it doesn't take much time and keeps everyone happy.

Wowzer, the topic being about NCNS is a touchy subject that affects everyone so consequently people tend to chime in. Also, most of the people posting know each other or have heard of each other.
