I’ve been there several times and booked my appointment every time, never had a problem. In fact, they text me 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm I was arriving, did you mention that you had an appointment? Did you arrive on time? I booked an appointment with Ida the new girl that just arrived. I had no problems, there’s three girls in there and usually it’s the next girl up unless you have an appointment. Just saying, they’ve reference my appointment by my phone number, when I arrive, I tell him I have an appointment with so-and-so and give them my phone number.
