What's really upsetting to me, aside from the fact that Alice is my friend, is that when YOU (the client) cancels on us last minute, and then we reschedule, we as the providers don't demand any extra money from you.
What if I spent 2 hours of my time driving and getting ready AND paid for a hotel room, then my client no showed or messaged me at the last second that he can't make it or forgot or whatever.
I would tell him hey that's cool lets reschedule(unless it has happened several times consecutively)....but when has a provider EVER on the FIRST meeting (or lack there of) said "oh you wasted my time, so I'm gonna need an additional donation next time we see each other"
I haven't been doing this forever, but I know that's not how this business works, and a member who has been at this years longer than me should DEFINITELY know better!
