Honestly John Deere is right. I had checked out your reviewz and thought about making a trip up to lubbock to see you as i have a hard time finding quality AA providers in odessa. But i consider the caps disrespectful to others and myself. John just pointed out what i happened to be thinking myself in much the samw way you pointed out your question.

but after the negative attitude to John and Winter, and quite frankly rudeness on your part to the hobbiest. I am definitely passing on coming up. Perhaps my loss with such great reviews. But the caps and replies here when folks are trying to be supportive is a total non starter hun.

i was teasing you about the caps thing because, whether you like it or not, the accepted thing all over the internet is that anybody who talks in all-caps is either angry or an idiot. you've been told this is an issue in a good-natured way on several occasions, but no one has actually insulted you. now, when you insist that you're gonna do it all in caps BECAUSE THAT'S JUST HOW YOU LIKE IT....well, it makes you seem unreasonable. that's not a good thing in a customer service business.

the lashing out, being defensive.....these don't look good either. is this the perception you want potential clients to have? if it is, then carry on, but things will only get slower.

Everyone interprets things in their own way. I did not demean you, but i find your actions objectionable and told you so. As did others. And to me your response to winter was rude. She was trying to be helpful also. Take it for what you want. But several folks have simply expressed their opinion as to your communication style. All of which was started by caps.
