Oh I think it's possible to have a relationship out side of the hobby with and escort but it would have to be one of complete honesty and openness. I know because I have been there before. I guess I am somewhat of a voyeur but enjoyed knowing she was out on a date.. I never knew who with or never got details but it was exciting when she came home. The only time it bothered me was if I felt she was trying to hide something from me but that didn't happen very often. Sadly the relationship ended because of a death in her family and she had to move..

I totally agree, as I can't imagine how hard it would be to hide an entire second life from someone close to you. The stress would probably be enough to send me away with the men in the little white coats!


I loved reading everyone's responses! I feel very fortunate that since I met my significant other here, he already knows what I do, so I never had to worry about having that awkward conversation with him. From a provider's standpoint, I personally don't find it hard to maintain a relationship as long as there is good communication and I make sure he always knows he's special.

I will say that I don't blame gentlemen who couldn't date an escort. I can imagine that it could be quite stressful at times.
