But the topic is "Can't wait for the Primetime Hearings on the June 16 Insurrection". Do you dispute any of the facts posted here - specifically that 9 people associated with Stephen Colber illegally returned to the Capitol later that night after the Capitol complex was closed to the public. They were unescorted and arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry. This is the same crime most of those who entered on Jan 6 are charged with.
Unlawful entry is unlawful entry. You don't get to excuse it when it is convenient for you

You do realize that everything is a spectrum right?
There is a distinct difference between breaking and entering while chanting 'hang them' and attempting to overthrow the government and simply breaking and entering.
That's why there are three degrees of murder. Planning and killing someone in cold blood is not treated the same as someone's death due to your negligence. Yes, both are bad, both are a crime, but one weighs much more than the other. That isn't to say that one shouldn't be a crime, they are similar, but not the same thing

And yet they are charged with the exact same crime - Unlawful entry
And no matter how much you and others like to pretend that on Jan 6 a small group of people basically without weapons was "attempting to overthrow" the most heavily armed Government on earth, that is a libtard / libtard media fantasy.
There was no coup.
There was no attempt to overthrow the government
There was a small group of people who committed "Unlawful Entry" just like the Colbert group. (Others on Jan 6 were invited in by the US Capital Police)

The baboons in January are also being charged for attacking the capitol and violence against the dozens of officers which were injured and died, destruction of federal property.. and trying to overthrow the election, you know.

Once again, you are selectively ignoring photos and reports of the morons in January with guns, shouting to hang members of congress.. First degree s third degree. For the officers that died that day, people are going to be charged with first degree without a doubt. If they actually got members of congress, that is first degree too. They are damn lucky they didn't get any congressmen. One dumb woman lost her life trying to break in and was shot by an officer after warning the mob to get back.
Yes, there was.

Even the Trumpstard admitted that they were chanting 'hang Mike Pence'
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbcmAD8Wlc0
Berry, can you watch this and explain how this was a peaceful protest and how they were NOT trying to overthrow the government? They are even fucking chanting 'hang Mike Pence'
https://youtu.be/j4MMEs9BTqM?t=346
Can you please describe to me what this video is? Is it fake? Fabricated? How can there be so many videos from the same day showing hundreds of people in DC, breaking into the capitol?

Was this your first post were you didn’t use the term ‘libtard’?
I’ll give you Triumph probably joked about shitting on the Capitol, as opposed to the insurrectionists on J6 that actually did smear shit on the walls. I doubt Triumph built a gallows for the Vice President, attempted to sell state secrets to the Russians, and attacked Capitol police. You know, typical insurrectionist activities. No one reasonable would actually compare the two. That’s probably the issue Salty had with the new guy. New guy didn’t realize you’re posts are jokes.

.. First of all - there was NO Insurrection. The FBI and DOJ
have said-so... The protest at the Capitol did NOT fit the
definition of one.
Secondly - this is the FIRST I've heard of "shit being smeared
on the walls there"... Where did YOU read that?
The gallows was built by mates of Ray Epps... He's seen with them
on 6th January... (For more on "Ray Epps" please visit the
political forum here - or Revolver News)
President Trump did not attempt to sell state secrets to
the Russians... But we DO KNOW that Russia surely has payed
money to the Biden family - and so has China. $$$$$

baboons ? That is quite racist of you to call them that. And I don't believe anyone was charged with trying to overthrow the election. The vast majority of charges were things like unlawful entry, parading, demonstrating in the Capitol, entering and remaining in a Restricted Building; disruptive conduct in a Restricted Building. You know, the exact same acts the Stephen Colbert insurrections committed

No officers died on January 6. And please show me one person charged with murdering someone on Jan 6. You can't because the only person murdered was Ashli Babbit - who was unarmed and despicably shot by a police officer

Doesn't matter if you say it, there was NO COUP attempt. Just because people protest and chant sayings does not make a coup. But come on, since you somehow even after being presented with the real facts still believe a coup took place, tell me exactly how a small group of basically unarmed protestors was going to overthrow the most heavily armed country on earth. Were they going to do it by chanting? By wearing buffalo horns and carrying a flag?
LOL. Come on - explain specifically how this unorganized band of tourists was going to overthrow the country - I will wait.

Still waiting for your comment on this, Berry. What is this if not a mob of white redneck terrorists? https://youtu.be/j4MMEs9BTqM?t=346

No answer, as I expected. If you aren't going to try to defend domestic terrorists, stop saying they are good guys. They aren't. They are terrorists.
And I'm just spicing things up, it isn't my fault you associate things with race.
I said 'white redneck terrorists' because in that video (I skimmed, I'll admit) I didn't see a single non-white protestor. So by default, that is an accurate summary of them (if a bit harsh, with redneck).
I said 'baboons' but never attributed it to any race. It isn't my fault you think that people of a particular color are baboons. What demographic are chimps? Monkeys? Apes?
I'm trying to incite thought provoking discussion, rather than spewing LIBTARDS. Hasn't it ever occurred to you that libtard, being a combination of liberal and retard, might be offensive to those who are medically classified as retarded?
Wait no, Trump supporters do intend to offend the disabled. Monkey see, monkey do I suppose.
Wait, I said monkey. Are white people monkeys, then?

Terrorists - that is a good one. Did you get that from the DNC or the libtard media? They weren't terrorists. Just normal everyday people protesting a stolen election.
And no I don't have to watch a bullshit video put out by the libtards in congress from their bullshit J6 committee and comment on it. I have already stated here many times there was a small group of idiots that day that went too far and got out of hand. But the majority of people protesting that day did not and the majority were invited into the capital by the guards who held the doors open for them. The small group of idiots who went too far should receive an "appropriate penalty" - but many have been unjustly politically persecuted and jailed while now we just had 9 Stephen Colbert insurrectionists break the same laws and you try to dismiss that.
That is the whole point of this thread. The unequal treatment and justice being dished out.
And quit trying to deflect from your racist comments
Calling someone a baboon is racist
Calling someone a redneck is racist
Calling someone a monkey is racist
You made all these racist comments - you own them

Again, you're wrong. If there were several hundred (look at the videos, there are) non-white people storming the capitol, chanting to hang the VP, Fox News would be up in arms about the terrorists trying to take over the country. But because it is white people, it's fine. You are even calling them 'everyday people'
Proud boys are anything but everyday people. They are white domestic terrorists. Stop saying they aren't.
I'm not even asking you to watch the whole video. Watch 20 seconds of it. Explain to me how what they are doing is justified. I'll wait.
Explain to me how this is a 'small group of people'. There are hundreds. I'll wait.
The only thing unequal about this is how you are downplaying Jan 6th like it was nothing. It wasn't nothing.
WHO am I calling a baboon, redneck, monkey. Show me a picture or give me a name.
I'll stop throwing around primate names if you stop calling people liberal retards. Deal?

There you go being racist again. The only one making racist comments and names in this whole thread is you. Why is that?
And if you want to talk about terrorists in DC, in June 2020 there was this group of BLM terrorists who tried to storm the Whitehouse and who caused massive damage and destruction with their arson, looting and rioting. I guess you forgot about them. Watch them
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ut1-1MOcxsE
And oh look - since you for someone unknown reason are focused on race - the June 2020 terrorists are comprised of people of all races
So are all of these people domestic terrorists too? Or are they everyday people?

You really don't understand what small means do you? So in your minds a couple hundred people out of 330 million in this country is not a small group? And you think these couple hundred mainly unarmed protestors were going to overthrow the country. GTFOH What liberal fantasy land do you live in?

You are the one using racist terms and calling people racist names. I don't need to show you any damn picture or name - everyone can see what you did. It's despicable
And you have done all this to try to change the focus of the thread away from the Stephen Colbert Capitol Insurrectionists. Are the Colbert insurrectionists going be held in squalor in the DC jail for more than a year without a bail hearing? Are they going to be in solitary confinement for months? Or do those laws only apply to Trump supporters?

The people from June 16th didn't destroy federal property nor threaten the lives of lawmakers and the VP.. so no, I don't think they are going to sit in jail and rot like the Proud Boys
