Give it time. Every Cop who can actually retire with a decent pension will and young rookies with a few years will pull up stakes and move on. The Cops who have too many years and can't retire will shut it down and do as little as possible. Minneapolis will be a waste land in six months.

It is a shame. I visited there one time during the summer and they had a nice street festival downtown.

Felt a little too liberal for my tastes, though. If they are a bunch of white liberals, then I hope they pay a heavy and painful price and suffer long enough to become conservatives and never go to the dark side again.
