I have read some of her reviews in the past and discovered that her "incall" is actually a "Notel" in the area.

My understanding was it was her rate + the cost of the room.

When I saw her she was still fairly new(I was batting third I believe)and clearly communicated to me before the meet that her fee was 3 bills and the cost of the room.

I agreed to that. I did mention however, that fee structure was outside the norm and usually the provider eats the cost for the incall without passing it on to the trick.

She took it under advisement and since I never saw her again(not for lack of trying though, schedulling conflicts on both our parts), didn't know if she took corrective action. So apparently not.
