If you use your ebrake it locks up the tires better and you get more of a slide versus just a spin. Anti-lock brakes don't give a hard enough stop to the tires. Trust me, we tried it both ways. E-brake provided far better results.

no matter which state i've been in when i went to one, WHs have always been an interesting place to hang out.

there use to be a usenet newsgroup devoted exclusively to waffleHouse, something like rec.misc.wafflehouse. very interesting posts - some people had a LOT of time on their hands.
