Them friggin "wingers"!!!!!!!!!!

The "boots" the ACLU has "on the ground" are baby booties.
Of course it's unconstitutional, immoral, and these so-called "terrorists" are nothing more than people the government has ACCUSED of bad acts and are being killed without any process of law or anything else.

Are these the acts of a democracy in peacetime or war? Hell no. Is this the acts of a President who thinks deeply about constitutional issues and principles? Hell no.

This is therefore all very evil.

However there is a bright side to all this.

This kind of senseless world conflict and meyhem is rather entertaining.

We need moronic feckless hypocrtical villians like Obama, and the idiots he's killing with these drones. to give us something to do.

The world is full of conflict and stupid violence.

What makes it interesting is that you don't have to be very moral to be more moral than these idiots in power, and that makes one feel rightly superior.

14th Amendment United States Constitution...due process clause.

Also clauses in the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 12th, and 16th Amendments.

Also various clauses elsewhere before any Amendments limiting the powers of the Executive.

Shall I "presume" that you are in that group who object to the manner in which the U.S. military conducted the raid on the compound in which it was suspected that the mass-murderer OBL was hold up plotting the next disaster for the U.S. as it relates to the failure of them to obtain a search warrant, conduct a reasonable search, assure the taking into custody of OBL without the application of excessive force, "reading" him his rights, transporting him promptly and safely to a Federally certified holding facility to await his first visit with an attorney, and then a trial before his "peers" in a "venue" in which he would be guaranteed a "fair and impartial" jury?

(Note to TAE: He was already indicted in 1998)

The above is a rhetorical question only.
