Correct. My wife and I have been the lifestyle for almost 15 years now. It was around that time I was put on HRT... needless to say, but it almost made me 17 again. As such, she couldn't keep up with me wanting sex more than I did. Combined with my travel schedule, either I wasn't there and she had needs, I was traveling and had needs, or I would wear her out when I was home. When I was in the military, I had a don't ask, don't tell hall pass. But when I came home, it was different because mamma could keep up.

We discussed deep feelings and our relationship was strong enough to try letting each other do our own thing; it worked. And it turned into a win win for the both of us. When she became peri-menopausal, she and I definitely had to recalibrate where she's concerned. So it made hobbying more of an option for me. Beyond that, with her being on HRT, the field evened out better.

We've known each other for almost 50 years, been together for almost 40, and married for 36. YMMV, but if your relationship is strong enough, it's a subject worth talking with your spouse over.

Late 40's... I started the hobby when I was around 20 when I found out I could pay $10 to a crackhead for a quick BJ in SD. Fast forward 20+ years and I have been in and out of the game, but just found myself within the last 13yrs with an insatiable appetite. I've been married for over 20yrs, but in a sexless marriage due to my wife's obesity and chronic laziness. I've vowed and tried to leave this lifestyle for years, but with all my triggers, I end up getting sucked back in (pun intended). My wife doesn't know, but I think she choses to just turn a blind eye and not go looking. For me, I'm not proud of who I've become or what I continually put at risk, and I live in constant fear/anxiety of getting caught and losing it all. I've watched my dad throw his marriage and pretty much waste his life away over this and I did cost him everything. I just don't want to have to hit rock bottom to change it.

WOW, same exact thing for me. Chemo induced menopause, reconstructive surgery.. Sex drive gone.. I got her "blessing" to play.. but haven't for 4 years now. Now that AMP's are too scary to risk.. makes me wonder if I'm done.. I'm 61.
