I really think it has a lot to do with how well hydrated you keep yourself and that is a chore this time of year if you are active

My problem is the opposite. I drink so much Green tea ( mostly sencha ) so I am too hydrated, and I have to make frequent stops , and that is not always convenient... It happened to me to need a break after TS, more than once.... But I am waiting for our resident biologists to explore the green tea effect on " green tea flavor" effect in our protein production.

I doubt what you eat a few hours before can make a difference. Living healthy and staying off meds, too much booze, etc, are probably the best bets. Knowing she enjoys how I taste is a huge turn on and makes cummy kisses all the better.
