These days it's gotten to the point that I dread finding any restaurant that I really enjoy. They all either seem to drop what I like from the menu, make some totally insane change to the recipe (like adding jalapeños or habaneros), or just plain closing up. On the last one, been hit with all the reasons -- lost lease, re-inventing to chase the latest fad, just bad business practices.
