I use them about 75% of the time.
You can get them direct from manufacturer for about $50 for a pack of 24.

Depending on the gent, it can be more trouble than its worth. If they are very adventurous, like to change positons a lot, ect. It tends to get in the way, and you spend more time than necessary fishing it out, and making sure they stay inside the condom. It ends up being a waste of a $3 condom.

However, I find they are perfect for the gents whos "home lifestyle" has him unaccustomed to wearing condoms at all. You get the protection and he has uninhibited sensation.

I’ve used it with my GF before she had an IUD put in and I’m a big fan. Mentioned it recently to two providers because I had trouble with the condoms they had available.

a couple of atf's used them in a threesome with me
didn't have to take time to change covers when swapping back and forth between the ladies
was the only advantage I saw in using them
visualize a 1gal sandwich bag being used as condom and left in vagina when you pull out

If she is using it correctly(or even incorrectly) the guy would know. You would feel something on the inside, soft but noticeable, if she is doing something really weird with it. Used correctly, it hangs out---you see it. Literally a clear baggie hanging out, no way to miss it.
