[QUOTE=Cpalmson;1055585506]I thought these reviews were fiction-- a fantasy in one's own mind. I never realized they had value outside of offering some erotic entertainment
Very good viewpoint sir. On the other hand as the author of the review I would like to lend some sense of credibility to the story. (All be it fiction)

Is there a reason why you feel the need to be insulting? No one said anything to you and you pop off and call people morons, which is simply a moronic and mean-spirited statement.

I appreciate a good, informative, entertaining review, it helps me make up my mind about who to see. I just hope I can return the favor to the community.

I don't see what the problems is.

Just write what happened. Doesm't have to be literature, just informative. Would you see her again? Why? We need to know the answers to who, where what and how much (but not why!) Think of a Penthouse Letters and do what you can . . .doesn't have to be too cute, just narrative and informative.

If you are too drunk or stoned to recall . . .well that's why they call it wasted!

I actually do jot a few things down on my phone's notepad after a session so I'll remember it later on, like if a provider said anything particularly funny or sexy. Writing reviews the same day of the appointment also helps me remember details better. My reviews are usually pretty long and detailed, mainly because I was an English Major and I enjoy writing.

But for me it is important to write a review within 48 hours or I start to lose the details and the fervor. BTW, it takes me several hours and multiple drafts to write a review, and they still have errors because I can't proof read my own stuff. So it is laborious.
I'm the same way. It always bugs me when I see a stupid mistake in one of my reviews and I can no longer edit it.

i really think you should go back and read the thread more carefully.

also, you might want to learn to have a sense of humor and not take the internet so seriously. or yourself.

Ed was not insulting at all. Ed was spot on. Weird Al states it best:

Now hold on a second folks. Since Ed decided to quote a part of the title of my thread post is he calling me a moron? I have struggled with ignorance and apathy. Hey I don't know and I don't care.

No, no, no...not at all....I was calling the entire population of review writers, collectively, morons. Nothing personal (but, if the shoe fits....).

Like John-Deere said, "lighten up you moron"....or somethin' like that.

One dirty little secret here: reviews make a lot of money. Without them, the business model and active participation/engagement of the community would shrivel. Instead, reviews (especially when fresh and include pics) cause enough dance cards to fill Jane's deck. Or if bad review, not.

One inescapable truth is that bravado is a trait traceable to earliest forms of man. Its deeply embedded like firmware, has many bizarre forms of itself and one of these is telling of a sexual encounter.

If the reviews are engines the pics are turbochargers.

Unless its a review special (which creates obligation to publish based on oral contract for which consideration was provided) or a request to publish, Trees default is to NOT publish reviews, about 4/5 do not get reviewed.

This one was an incredibly great performer, bit mind blowing actually, no review.

This precious lady asked for a review then changed her mind said nah.

Tali's review sort of in process.

No review because "I am getting married" said this fine lady said.

Mina was indescribable performance left Trees without words, no review.

Susan was providing but "Im not a provider" so no review for this scorchingly hot number

No review for KKK beKause she was a train wreck but wow wow wow what a fuck.

Helena was hot but but touched Tree's roots unique way decided to leave it private and was rewarded.

Isabella said she would review Trees which never happened though she is very happening lady indeed. No review for Iza.

Lindsay deserved a review would have been a fave but not meant to happen.

Jenny took familiar path from strip club to providing to porn, luckily caught Hendrix during her brief pre-porn providing phase was super hot but alas no review.

Here's to tipping hats at encounters NOT reviewed.

MC is a great example of a guy who puts himself into his reviews because he enjoys it. You can tell while reading his stuff that he is enjoying the storytelling...maybe even as much as the experience. That is really the heart of this thread, what is the thought process that leads what should be a simple recounting to a tedious process. For guys like MC and Bonn, it's storytelling, though of different motivation, for some other guys the need to recount an accurate report is paramount. Many guys, like Upset's Goat, consider themselves Don Draper White Knights of advertising, mis-labeling fees and activities to get the lady business and themselves a discount or other favors.

As a result, I've become even more cynical and only skim most reviews, reading in more depth only if I'm going to comment or I am interested in the lady. I used to take longer on my reviews but usually the only way anyone cares about a review is if a fight breaks out in the comments. Other than that, I just hit the honest, need to know points and move on. I used to want my reviews to get lots of hits; now I usually want to see my reviews move off the first page quickly.

I have a note for MC: can we get rid of 'tittyfucking'? It's titfucking. When you say titty I feel like your offering a dog treat. JC a good boy? Want some titties? Sit! Read! It's your style dude, keep up the good work.
