Typically happens within 48 hours, at least that's the goal. And JC has a pretty good view of the challenges of the process.

Just because an account is disabled (or guested, or banned) is irrelevant. The review is still assigned to it.
Looks like someone picked up what you are attempting to throw down here too. Hummmm.
