The issue isn’t stupid voters. Our elections have ever been decided by low information voters. Same sex marriage was central to Bush (the younger) getting re-elected.
It’s stupid candidates. And the Republican Party has flooded us with so many conspiracy nuts, uneducated and flat out idiots, we’ve got to put up with the likes of MTG and Lauren Boebert.
They should at least be able to pass a simple civics exam before being able to run for office.
We need to protect the low-info voter (and the Republic) from idiot candidates.

Single issue voting is extremist voting. An informed voter takes several issues into account, weights them, and tries to decide in the likelihood of their important issues not passing.

Really? That's all the left has been doing these days is silencing opposition. The only speech I've seen Republicans work to take away is grooming speech.

The hypocrisy of this is laughable. After your side impeached Trump over “Russian collusion”, YOU have the balls to accuse other of conspiracy theories?!? The star of your Party is AOC and you have the balls to suggest anyone else is “low-information”?!? I swear, the ignorance on the Left is almost as unbelievable as it is hilarious. The suffering under complete Democrat control has been felt by all these past 2 years. Your ideology is a failure…period. There is no more question about that. You and your entire Party are going to lose in colossal fashion in November, and that’s not even debatable anymore. Democrats only position on America is pure destruction, and it’s now been unquestionably proven. Y’all lost everyone. Get used to permanent minority status.

The dems have put way too much stock in the abortion issue to their detriment. It comes down to this....I can't afford food for my family today. It's not rocket science - it's the economy stupid. Vote red!

That was the mantra of the Republican party in 2018 and 2020 and Republicans lost the House, the Senate, and the presidency.

The only negative I see right now that has impacted me is the inflation rate and I can explain why the rate has exploded in the last year but you won't listen to facts. The POTUS and Congress have just so much control over such things. Remember in 2020 when Trump was in office and the unemployment rate hit 14% and the GDP was the worst it had been in 50 years?

Do the Republicans have a Future?
Not when we nominate folks like dole mccain trump hershel walker dr oz ted cruz and abbott. And we continue the abortion talk going against 55-62 % of Americans that want abortion. I hope abbotts political future is close to being done!

Speed - the only facts I know is whom ever is President gets the credit or the blame - whatever the case may be- for the economy. That was the dems calling card - it's all Trumps fault. Well, guess what - it's their turn now and -- shockingly - they don't like it. Too bad - so sad. They will have to deal with it.

I agree with you on that -- the president gets the blame whether it is his fault or not on most issues. And voters will take it out on Democratic candidates in a few weeks. But the fact is the high inflation rate we are experiencing has almost nothing to do with Biden's policies. 8.2% in the U.S. in September. 10.1% in the U.K. 8.9% in Italy and Spain. 10.0% in Germany.
