Are you claiming old white men aren't discriminated against? I've endured affirmative action for at least 30 years , and it is certainly discrimination against white men. Everyone knows youth are preferred in employment.

Depends on the job, but everyone knows that family and friends are preferred for employment in many cases. Seems to me there are still a lot of white male dominated businesses (see % of old white CEOs and VPs), but even that seems to be changing.
Same race and gender as well as greater height and attractiveness statistically tend to get hired first. It also seems to vary based on size of business and area of the country, but I'm not sure you can make much of a blanket statement like that with any validity anymore.
