The facts are, a person will have a harder time getting ahead in life if they speak in a ghetto dialect and have the demeanor of a "gangsta." That's not racist, that's a fact. It is also a fact that if the name on a resume is D'Andrew, D'Shantay, Tanisha or something like that, it will be harder for them to get an interview. Sorry, the best way to get ahead is to learn proper English, and avoid the unusual names. White unusual names on resumes fall into the same category, such as Zedediah, Canelia, etc. But speaking proper English and using standard manners is the biggest determinant as to who will advance, and who will not. There are exceptions, but that is the general rule.
