One of the Trump impeachment prosecutors, Jamie Raskin, swears this "production" will "blow the roof off the capital". That should tell you all you need to know about what will happen, which I predict will be a snooze fest, but I am going to watch it to see if my prediction is true, when I wondered if the Democrats could dig an even deeper hole for themselves. I thought no, not possible but I'm beginning to think that come Nov., Joe Biden's numbers could be -10. Is that even possible?

Here's a fun fact: Biden's current approval rating in Gallup's polling (41%) is slightly lower than where Donald Trump's was (42%) at a similar stage of his presidency.
I think the Democrats believe that Trumps words "incited a violent reaction" and that should be against the law and he should be prosecuted.
OK, I'm a reasonable kinda guy. If thems the rules, then lets arrest and prosecute Chuck Shumer for his words against Justice Kavanaugh, warning the Justice that if he didn't vote on Roe the way Shumer and the Democrats want, "you will pay the price". Well, as could be predicted, a 26 year old White guy, not a White Supremacist I presume, attempted to kill Justice Kavanaugh, as the price he would have to pay for something that we don't actually know how he voted yet. And as of this hour even after 3 appearances including Kimmel, our President has not said a single word in public, about the attempted murder of a Supreme Court Justice. One can only imaging the reaction from Biden if the attempted murder was aimed at one of the 3 Leftest judges.
Equal Justice under the law. If Trumps words could be seen as "inciting a violent act", then Shumer's words would have to be treated the same way.
Arrest both or neither.
