Lots of traffic to a residence, apartment, or high end hotel can cause problems.

Notels creep me out.

I really don't get it in an age where you can get something much nicer on Priceline or Hotwire for the same cost.

The same way a private incall gives the vibe of stability, doesn't a notel make you question stability? Aren't you worried about bedbugs, etc? And what is the excuse for being there in case you are spotted there? One can always have a meeting at a hotel or be visiting a sick friend at an apartment. What can you say? Doing outreach on skid row?

I'm in for apt or ra if at all possible. Increases the security factor for sure. Also allows me to get a sense of her personality by observing her surroundings. Thinking your seeing a higher end mature provider crashes and burns when the bed is pink with hello kitty pillows.

I prefer a middle tier gated apartment complex. Upscale hotels are good too as long as I don't have to pay for parking or there isnt a key required for the elevator.

I did hotels at first. Hated them. Made me nervous and feel uncomfortable.
That was when I decided apartment for now on.
First of all, it's a lot cheaper. Second, unless you have 5 or more guys coming every day, most don't notice traffic. People come n go from apartments all day.
Also, I'm very comfortable, the guy is also, and makes session a lot more enjoyable.
I don't share my private incall to keep traffic and drama down also.
I love my private incall, it's clean, decorated, and it's home.

The incall is important. If a hotel, must be big enough and classy enough to park and remain relatively anonymous as one strolls thru the lobby. The bigger the hotel the better. The conference center types oriented to business functions tend to be the most comfortable for me.

Apartments and homes are a case by case basis and I usually go by what I see in reviews. Must be nice part of town and secure/safe. I'm one who is more than willing to pay a little extra to enjoy the best. I'm one who always makes mention of the incall in my reviews since I know other gents share the same concern.

Notels don't have to be on skid row. There are safe and clean ones and even ones in nicer areas of town. The thing about the Notel is that many of the other people there are doing the same thing you are. They don't want any attention so they aren't going to give you any. The same can be said for the Notel management.

Families and management at nicer hotels are a different story. They don't want this kind of activity where they are staying or in their hotel.

This goes for the neighbors at an apartment or private residence.

If you're hobbying at an upscale hotel, apartment, or residence than you need to be extra discreet. You never really know how discrete a provider is.

Notel all the way for the most part although there have been a few I didn't care for.....but people tend to mind their own fucking business because they're usually up to something shady themselves....not to mention, sometimes it just fun to get out once in a while and play in the gutter...

That is the exact reason I only stay at places with large conference rooms and hotels with upscale eateries in them. Such as the Omni, Embassy, Westin, ect. It's so easy to say you are there for lunch/dinner/drink or a meeting.

Whenever I stay somewhere that requires key access for the elevator, I always stash the key in a location that is easy for me to describe to my client and if they have to pay for parking, I always offer to pay for their parking and make sure I have change so I can offer them the $12 to $15 for parking before they leave ... although most just thank me for the offer, but don't take my money.

Please tell me you don't work in Sugarland. You sound like one of the guys I know who talks about how he loves sleazy dirty motels for getting his freak on. The grimier the better. He's one of those "I like to roll around, sniff, lick, sleep in the wet spot" types.
